It means you are a...The dead legs are a good sign. It means you are actually doing what you are supposed to :)<br /><br />We just came off of a huge week for us. Legs were trashed all week too. Taper is the time to let them recovery. If you do cross training, don't be a meat head, no hammering on the bike. Give the legs time to rebuild from all the abuse.<br /><br />Great job man.
